Nurturing good roots in people

Your Quote or Supposed Reason

people don't remember how much you know, but how much you care

Details Of Your Entry

For me, success isn't about climbing ladders or making millions. It's about being a good person and treating others with kindness and respect.

We all have different ideas about what success means, but I believe there's something we can all agree on: good character matters. In any setting, whether it's at work or in personal life, we admire those who possess positive qualities like compassion and integrity. We wouldn't want to work for someone who lacks these essential traits.

That's why I think respect and good treatment should always come first, before any task or achievement. Just like my mentor always says, "Treat the people around you right, and the work will naturally follow." He emphasizes developing a good personality and a positive attitude towards both work and the people we encounter.

I deeply admire this approach to life because it reminds me that at the end of the day, people don't remember how much you know, but how much you care
